  1. So kale also has 5+ carbs per cup. If I have 3 or more cups as in a smoothies I've pretty much blown through my carbs without adding any other foods with carbs. Am I missing something here? Please advise. And thanks.

  2. I eat 300 grams of cooked macrobiotic kale three times a week, as a lunch. I add some chicken stock, nutmeg, pepper, salt and 50 grams of real butter, mmmm yummy, I have never felt better. Even in my brain things change, less stress, less distractions, more clear. Health results so far, no more toothache, improved vision,

  3. Tastes like stuffing one's head into a fresh lawn clipping bag fresh, but changes radically to a most tasty green when lightly steamed. I am sold on kale.

  4. Hi Dr,

like your videos. i have a question. Kale is ALA omega-3 right? but we all know from your other video that DHA and EPA omega 3 are the beneficial omega-3. so we're not consuming kale for the omega 3 here are we. it's still fish in the end?

  5. 1) Can the steam be eaten … or just the leaves… ? … .tks!

    2) Also, is our digestive system able to digest the Kale fibre ? Should i just drink the juice without the fibre OR with the fibre ?

    3) When this the best time to drink Kale juice ? Can I drink it a) on an empty stomach, b) after a meal (eg: an hour later)? c) before i go to sleep .. d) even in the middle of the night in between going to the washroom.

Sorry i may sounds silly asking all these questions, but i just hope to get the correct method using Kale to remove my blood sugar level desperately.

Thanks .. anyone are welcome to reply me. i be most appreciative.

(For those who do not like my questions, pls just ignore and not necessary for you to comments anything bad. just ignore me and move on with your life. Thank so much!).
