  3. With added sugar and partially hydrogenated vegetable oil? 1 cup of peanuts also has 24 grams of carbohydrate which convert to sugar. I don’t see the health benefit.

  5. Peanuts aren't even nuts. Although they have benefits, they are also high in omega 6 which is inflammatory. Personally I prefer a balance of walnuts, almonds, and cashews which are proven to be much healthier.
