  1. Yeah but if your an athlete you can’t eat 6 cups of brown rice or quinoa, you need something more easily digestible like white rice.

  2. the difference is too small between white rice and brown rice compare to your body so it is irrelevant.

    I like eggs but get bored of eating them every morning. I would like to alternate between eggs and a meal replacement shake in the morning. I am having a hard time choosing between a protein power and a meal replacement powder when I really am looking for something that has protein and can replace my usual breakfast choice. Lastly, I do not like whey protein and prefer plant based powders, but haven't found one that isn't gritty and is filling. Can you recommend an alternative to whey protein? Can you please provide some insight. I'd appreciate any information you can pass along. Thanks!

  6. This has been on my mind. Great info. I always see Bodybuilders preach white rice in massive amounts but i rarely see them use brown and NEVEr see the quinoa? There are a few types of quinoa? Red, brown?? Please advise.

  7. It is not better if there is no nutritional content in it. I mean, you are eating to live, eat what will support that. You need all the nutrition you can in todays world!!!

  8. Asian civilizations have lived on white rice for centuries and they are known to work well into their 80's and even 90's – slim, trim, healthy and sturdy people!

    So I know that you have a point, but.. Come on.. White rice is better than so much other stuff.

  11. I'm usually having brown rice. Recently, I moved to brown flour as well and I must say it feels so much better, healthier 🙂 I've never tried quinoa but I'll give it a try as soon as you post some food recipes video with it 🙂
