  3. whole has more gluten though ! which is a good thing, because the wholegrains craze has opened people's eyes to the reality that grains are not optimal for human nutrition .

  4. Don't get mixed with whole wheat and whole grain.
    Whole wheat only uses one part of the kernel, while whole grain uses all of the kernel.
