  1. I always get my chicken legs (I never buy breast) I always look at the ankle joint. If it's not red raw, that chicken never sat in ammonia from sitting in it's own feces. Some companies say pasture raised and it can be bollocks

  3. how many Europeans ate plenty of pork and lived to be very old. I love hearing ppls new age American diets and quran bs about how bad this and that is. People have no clue about diets. By the way Pork is plentiful in vitamins and nutrients where as chicken is bland and without much of anything.

  4. I wanted to hear what people call a lie or the truth. When you were pointing to the purple side u were talking of chicken n then wen u pointed to the green side u were talking about pork I then knew right away u r leaning towards pork and I was right.

Now for starters any meat in the purple region be it pork or chicken dark or goose lamb or beef etc is not as healthy as the same in the green region.

2ndly the Bible says DO NOT EAT PORK Leviticus 11v7, Deuteronomy 14v8. so no matter pork is from green region dont eat it. Your maker knows how harmful it can be to your body.

3rdly, the bible says do not eat fat Leviticus 7v23 so if u r eating fat from a cow u r playing with yo health worse if it is fat from a forbidden animal already. Your maker who knows how your body functions said it not me.

Fear the Lord it is health to yo flesh n strength to yo bones.

    Obedience is better than sacrifice.

The Word of the Lord does not change from generation to generation up to the last. The Word of the Lord still stands today.

U misled people right there Doc!!!!

  5. Nitrates are found naturally in the earth. They're in fertilizer. They're in plants. They're supposedly many times more nitrates in plants than is used in cured meats.

  6. First of all everything on earth down to the grass that grows at your house straight to the pecan trees in your backyard are GMO grown even you. You sir are an Idiot.

  7. I don't know any small farmers. I only know grocery stores…

Dr. Berg, there's only so much that most of us can do. I just went shopping today at QFC (Quality Food Center) and got a pretty massive amount of fish for the next few weeks, all of it extremely high quality, wild-caught salmon, halibut, rockfish, cod, and non-SE Asian shrimp. Plus pasture-raised eggs, organic skinless chicken thighs, and a few beef steaks-tri tip and chuck. Plenty of fruit-much of it organic, and some other stuff-canned fruit, peanuts, etc. (Already have plenty of veggies.) I already have a lot of other food btw-potatoes, beans, herbal tea, etc.

I think some of the commenters here are right though… More plant foods, and less amounts of poultry and meat, which need to be high quality. But grass-fed beef steaks… They're like halibut, salmon, duck, crab, etc. Just really, REALLY expensive…

  8. Can someone tell me whether its better to try carnivore with shitty supermarket meat or stick to my regular diet (50 carb, 30 protein, 20 fat) with more vegetables? I can't see myself affording grass-fed and pasture-raised foods for the mean time.

  9. Eating swine? Gross! Why would you even give people the option to think that eating swine is ok? Even in the scriptures it states the dangers of consuming swine. Diseases!

  10. That is the dumbest question I’ve ever read in my life ,,, of course pork is nasty and unhealthy and loaded of fat and disgusting and full of ‘parasites that’s why allah , god has forbidden us from consuming it,,, eat healthy organic chicken halal one it tastes better and healthier

  11. Why even bother to eat super healthy, GMO-less, hormones-less, sugarless overpriced meat? It's way more expensive. And to afford it, you have to work more, probably in a terrible job that you hate. So, you'll be more exposed to stress and dangerous chemicals of the city, and to the stress of work, and to the sedentary sitting of every-day office work, only to have more money to buy more healthy food. Doesn't make any sense.

  12. I dont get it. chickens and pigs eat grass come on. pigs are omnivore they eat all kinds of things. they can not eat whats out there. yes there are wild bigs in the wood. they are fine. pigs are allways fed mostly with grains and soy. i dont really know if i can incorporate pork into my diet
