Can you recommend a herb something to control your appetite?  I sometimes have after dinner a uncontrollable urge to snack when I am not really hungry but it could be more emotional.  I have tried many herbs with nothing controlling my urge.  Can you help please?  Thank you.  Also I am on a diet similar to Keto with lowest calories and carbs like around 800 or so calories and 20 carbs but no more than 30 carbs to finish my last 14 pounds I want to lose.

  9. If you would be so kind to answer, I have a few questions. I am morbidly obese, have recently begun to become active, recently purchased a vitamix. I was wondering, can whole fruits, I mean as in the outer skin of an orange be eaten if blended into a fruit smoothie in a vitamix? Also what can I eat when when I am hungry all of the time that would have little effect on my daily intake of calories or carbs but will make me feel full? I have eaten more broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, etc etc than I can count and I still feel hungry all the time. Thanks.
