  2. Sorry doc, it tastes good awful. I just see your video tonight after 2.5 jars earlier and it is horrible. Question, it doesn't say it is roasted. Will this have anti- nutrient affects. Your suggestion for chia was a waste because it does not digest evidenced by unaltered in my stools. Your short quick videos are great everyone is too long. Take back control of our airwaves.   4. Hello Dr. Berg, I know that you are promoting a ketogenic diet and I think that it would be a good idea to make a video about mycotoxins . On this diet people consume a lot of cheese, cocoa powder, and peanut butter,these items are loaded with mycotoxins and make a lot of people, including myself very sick. Letting people know that cooking those foods will kill a large part of the fungi would be great. Thank you,

  5. Dr. Berg…yes Tahini is used to make hummous, us Arabs put more of it in hummous than other recipes. We also use it as a dressing for Falafel sandwiches and other dishes. It has been a staple of the Middle-Easter diet for centuries.
