Reading all the comments here now telling you to watch this food or watch that not knowing the massive success you would have over the next year is awesome. Way to go man. I'm on my own journey down from 467lbs to 418lbs since New Years. Taking it a day at a time.

  3. Hey I don't know if the paper works better for you. But it this cool free app called LOSE IT. To keep track of you calories and exercising. I have been using it for years.

  4. Also a easy thing you can do is instead of dressing which of course is the enemy, just squeeze lemon and dash some pepper on the salad. If you want.

  5. My wife and I have been wanting to try Panera Bread. I'm counting calories and she wants to start counting. I looked on there website and the calorie count is pretty good on the salads, but I want to look more into it so there's nothing hidden. You're doing great Shawn! Keep it up!

  8. Download the app called My Fitness Pal. You can log your calorie intake and even search for foods in the app to see how many calories they have. It's a lot easier than writing it down on paper.

  9. U doing good dawg once u start seeing progress it starts to snowball u got dis hardest part is starting then maintaining for even the first couple days

  11. stop eating out, go home make some meals and stop making excuses to eat out. you could be eating subway for a whole year and still gain weight. but obviously you dont listen to anyone, because you are stubborn. ask your doctor what kind of diet you should be on. eating out is going to kill you.

  12. if you're swimming every day youll probably have to eat more. a 2000 calorie diet is literally for someone who would pretty much be completely inactive. when you swim youll burn calories. 2000 isn;t enough for someone whos active. but definitely good with the healthier food options. but being active is always the best thing!
