  3. Too many grains for me. As a former pre diabetic I need to focus on less grains but include more healthy protein & healthy fats…hormones love healthy fats

  4. this guy is an idiot !! he has 2 of the highly inflammatory foods to MOST bodies: wheat, dairy to start the day.

    I was at my thinnest when i followed his ‘hip hop abs’ program. But heck i think this will be hard to follow cuz this is not something i usually swallow
