    don't have to take any more medication , my weight is normal and I have

  2. You can add red meat at least twice a week into a diet, it’ll probably actually help. I’ve found doing a sirloin with some steamed white rice actually significantly helps with weight loss as opposed to eating lean poultry all week. Plus it tastes like heaven (like a cheat meal although it’s not) if all you’ve been eating is chicken and fish.

  3. Awesome, count me in, i'm motivated. by the way just want to promote a cool site a buddy of mine created. it's called eatfridge. com. The site helps me and could be useful for anybody, because it tracks your daily protein carb and fat intake, and also reminds you how much of that is still missing. I find it very useful and you might to, I suggest checking it out! ^^

  4. I too have a lean diet, I consume nothing but the concotion called lean. It contains Cough Syrup, Codeine, Sprite, and Jolly Ranchers. I won't lie I have lost a lot of weight almost 160 pounds considering thats the only thing I consume, the downside is that I've been sent to the hospital about 7 times in the past 3 weeks.

  6. Mate there was a time when I never drank water just coke coke coke never water for a long time I all I drink is water been nearly a year I feel much better I don't even feel like going next to fizzy drinks now
