  18. Been eating avocados all my life growing up in Hawaii. Don’t notice any of the ‘benefits’ only that I like ‘em! Try eating it right from the skin: use a spoon to separate the flesh from the shell. Cut it in several pieces, sprinkle with sugar or sweetener to taste and finally add soy sauce for a teriyaki flavor. The shell becomes a bowl to keep the soy sauce on the avocado. Wonderful!

  19. I eat between 1-3 a day… and no you don’t put weight on eating that many. I have in fact lost weight.
