I can't fucken understand why I keep commenting what is going on now they're mixing three diets to make you lose weight and the 25 carbs per meal thing I know that I lost 167 pounds doing it that way who puts all this energy out of their life into learning how to eat what is the problem we have in America that we can't just eat normally and stay at a normal weight it's because the products that are being put on the market are lying to us there so high in salt fat protein and sugar even when they say they are not including diet soda is a mixture of real sugar and they lower it down and aspartame to keep it sweetness and they tell us it's diet no wonder you can't lose weight when you're drinking it

Jesus Christ on the cross explain something to me don't we all go to bed by 8 or 9 and don't eat breakfast in the morning and we don't eat some of us until 11 a lot of people drink coffee though and they shouldn't so this is like it's like the normal balance of what happens to us anyway so how can it make you lose weight.

  5. I dont change my diet at all, i still eat the same. I just follow the timing, and Im still losing 1.5kg a week. I wish Im not lazy enough to do exercise.

  8. I don't agree with above for sustainable & consistent results. You gotta get on it if you really want it. The above shortcut may sound exciting & would fascinate many of you. However, keeping your weight loss goal in mind & working towards it day after day will get you sustainable results. God help you all !
