  1. very good for bones(boron) brain(potassium,vit K) heart(pot) nerves(pot) skin(vit E) eyes(vit A) and overall health(all essential vitamins and minerals),Prunes r the best antioxidants.

  2. Its funny how you look online and there is no best way to eat these nasty things, but i found it myself, you cut the prunes into small bits, then swallow them whole like pills with some water to chase it down. No nasty taste, easy as pie.
