  4. Is this video for uneducated people? Polyunsaturated fats (PUSA) are terrible for you. They are the inflammatories that cause (dis)ease in your cells. If you're saying that they're loaded with polyunsaturated fats and you're saying that they're freaking poison. They cause excess stubborn belly fat. They weeken organs and organ walls. Polyunsaturated fatty acids are the precursors they set the stage for cancers and all other diseases
