    Cheese Burger, no onions
    300 calories, 15 Grams of protein, 32g carbs, and 13 grams of fat
    Small fries
    220 calories, 3 grams of protein, 29g carbs, and 10 grams of fat.
    Total: 520 calories, 18 grams of protein, 61g carbs, and 23 grams of fat.

  12. Let's be honest.. if we are going to Mcdonalds, it's because we want to pig out. My advice to anyone trying to lose weight for real is to avoid fast food in general and to eat natural foods that are not heavily processed. If you need help, you can google healthy grocery items to buy on a budget. Don't be fooled and listen to someone because of their looks or their youtube channel's theme. Good luck!
